What distinguishes this formula is the choice of biologically active and easily absorbable forms. We use folate in the form of Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF), a form that can be utilized directly by the body. Vitamin B12 is also present as the active ingredient Methylcobalamin. The formula is enriched with choline and citrus bioflavonoids for a complete composition.
