Bone Support was specifically developed to support bones and muscles. The formula is rich in calcium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2, a well-considered combination that contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium in the body. The supplement also contains magnesium, which, like calcium and vitamin D, contributes to normal muscle function.

The strength behind the formula

What distinguishes this formula is the synergy and quality of the ingredients. We use Aquamin®, a natural and easily absorbable source of calcium. The formula is complemented with Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, and Vitamin D3. Bone Support also contains Collagen Type II and Bamboo Silica Extract (75% silicon). Manganese and Zinc have also been added: both contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

This supplement is intended for adults who want to maintain strong and healthy bones, particularly those who are older or have increased skeletal needs. Note: Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking blood thinners (coumarin derivatives), due to the presence of vitamin K2. This product is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.

Daily dose of 2 tablets: Calcium [Aquamin® calcium + 2% magnesium] 250 mg (31.2%*), Collagen [type II] 150 mg, Magnesium [citrate] 125 mg (33.4%*), Bamboo silica [extract (75% Si)] 23.5 mg, Magnesium [Aquamin® calcium + 2% magnesium] 16.4 mg (4.4%*), Manganese [citrate] 5 mg (250%*), Zinc [L-methionine sulfate] 2 mg (20%*), Vitamin K2 [menaquinone-7, MK7] 150 μg (200%*), Vitamin D3 [cholecalciferol] 25 μg (500%*). (* Reference intake).
